The Elementary school held its annual End of the Year Exhibition 2025 on Friday, June 13th with the theme “Celebrating God’s Creativity in All Creation” featuring a variety of projects of different disciplines from kindergarten through 5th grade.
Students presented their projects in the disciplines of Science, English Language Arts and STEAM. Throughout the process, children delved into the identity of God as the creator of our world and the creator of human beings in His image. Second grade students reflected in their identity as children of God and third, fourth and fifth graders explored individual creativity as part of a gift from God to solve real life problems in order to glorify Him.
“We wanted children to explore God’s creativity through their projects and marvel at the beautiful and perfect world God created, as well as how God continues to intervene in this world and keeps His promises,” shared Pastor Claire. “Through the projects children practiced very important character traits such as perseverance, diligence and cooperation, as well as skills such as creative thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and art.”
“It was fun to do the project, and we got to know each other better. You could be free to create anything. Our project kept breaking but our teacher helped us to tape it better,” shared a fifth grade student reflecting on her STEAM project.
The projects were:
Kindergarten – “Exploring God’s Creation (Discipline: Science)
1st Grade – “Noah’s Ark” (Discipline: English Language Arts,
