On April 23rd, the Middle and High School held an event featuring an ice cream sale right on campus. However, this wasn’t your typical ice cream sale—it was a purposeful fundraiser.

The event was organized to raise funds for students embarking on an African mission during the upcoming summer vacation. With hearts set on making a difference, the school community rallied together to support this noble cause.

A mouthwatering array of ice cream options awaited attendees, with two classic flavors, Vanilla and Chocolate, serving as the foundation for delicious creations. But the choices didn’t stop there—five delectable toppings and two types of cones added a personalized touch to each frozen treat.

What made this fundraiser unique was the active participation of the students themselves. Armed with their own money, students eagerly lined up to craft their favorite ice cream concoctions, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm for the cause.

The event proved to be a resounding success, drawing a large turnout of supporters eager to indulge in sweet treats for a good cause. Beyond raising funds, it fostered a sense of community and camaraderie among students, teachers, and staff.

Underneath the warmth of the sun and the joyous atmosphere, everyone present enjoyed a fun-filled day, knowing that their contributions would make a meaningful impact on the African mission ahead.

As the last scoop of ice cream was savored and the event came to a close, the Middle and High School community basked in the satisfaction of knowing they had come together to make a difference, one sweet scoop at a time.
