Olivet Academy held its K–5 Parent–Teacher one-on-one meetings from April 27 through April 30, providing parents and teachers with a valuable opportunity to discuss each child’s academic progress, classroom experience, and overall growth.
Throughout the meetings, parents arrived according to their assigned schedules and met individually with teachers in classrooms and meeting spaces across campus. Each appointment allowed families to ask questions, share concerns, and gain helpful insight into their child’s learning, behavior, strengths, and areas for continued support.
The meetings also emphasized the importance of partnership between home and school. Teachers prepared student work, schedules, and progress materials to help guide meaningful conversations with parents. Families were encouraged to use this time to better understand their child’s school life and to work together with teachers toward a successful school year.
Upon arrival, parents entered through the main entrance and were guided to their meeting locations. With multiple appointments scheduled throughout each day, families’ cooperation in arriving on time helped ensure that the meetings ran smoothly and respectfully for all participants.
Olivet Academy is grateful for the continued support, dedication, and involvement of our parents. Strong communication between parents and teachers plays an important role in helping each student grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
We thank all parents, teachers, and staff members who helped make this year’s Parent–Teacher one-on-one meetings a meaningful and successful time for our school community.
