At Olivet Academy, students are diving into the world of business through the Entrepreneur Club. The club serves as a platform for students to explore their entrepreneurial potential and learn the basics of business management.
As part of their learning experience, students have shared their innovative business ideas with their peers and showcased their products. This collaborative environment allows them to receive feedback and improve their ideas, enhancing their entrepreneurial journey.
One of the club’s exciting initiatives is the idea to renovate the school’s woodshop into a school store. This project aims to provide students with a hands-on opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in the program, from product creation to customer service.
Olivet Academy in Amenia hopes that through these entrepreneurial activities, students will not only gain business skills but also develop a strong sense of service. The goal is to instill the values of serving others while pursuing entrepreneurial ventures, shaping the students into future leaders who understand the importance of both business and community impact.
